Life and Relationship Coaching


Coaching is one of the quickest growing professions in the world at the moment, because of that there’s a lot of misconceptions behind what coaching is and it is not.  To start out with coaching is not therapy.  Coaching focuses on working with individuals who are already in a “healthy” state.  Meaning that they’ve already achieved some sense of ego-strength and separation from their trauma.  

A coach can help you set goals, clarify your values, and find purpose.  Life and relationship coaching might touch on trauma, but it doesn’t focus on the content of the trauma but on the ways the client can and has already moved past.
